We have had good experiences previously so this must have been a bad night for the staff. Took over 2 hours for 1 simple entree and 4 mains. Took us ages to ask if someone could please take our order. Sent the entree back as it was completely wrong item. Mains arrived without roti bread which had been ordered. We asked 3 times for the bread but they only said it was ready when we had finished and were about to leave. When paying we asked them to remove the missing item from the bill and they said 'are you sure'? Very poor ex... read more
Service wasn’t up to scratch for the price of the meal.
We booked for 6.30pm due to needing to go to work next morning so wanted quick dinner. Unfortunately that was not the case. We were seated, waiter took drinks order with which we requested papadums, in the meantime we looked at menu to decide the food we wanted. 45 minutes passed, no drinks and no interest in taking our order. We had to go ask for our drinks. Waitress bought my sons two very flat cokes and a bottle of wine with no glasses!
